Christine Bruno

Christine Bruno is an award-winning actor, director, teaching artist, and disability equity consultant for the entertainment industry. She has appeared in productions across the U.S. and internationally.

Her select credits include the Off-Broadway world premieres of Bekah Brunstetter's Public Servant; Mariana Correño King’s Truckers; world premieres How to
Live, Raspberry: The Musical (UK tour) and The Good Daughter.

Select TV and film credits include "God Friended Me," "Law & Order," "ABLE: A Series," Festival favorite "Best Summer Ever," "Less Than or Equal To," and "Hungry."

Christine has been a teaching artist for Playwrights Horizons Theatre School at NYU, Queens Theatre’s TFA program, Epic Players, and NYC Kids Project. She is Chair of the NY SAG-AFTRA Performers with Disabilities (PWD), and serves on the NY Local Board of SAG-AFTRA, the SAG-AFTRA National PWD, SAG-AFTRA’s AMPTP PWD Task Force, and Actors’ Equity EEOC Committees, as well as the Advisory Councils of National Disability Theatre, Queens Theatre’, and ART/NY. Christine received her MFA in Acting and Directing from The New School and is a proud member of Actors’ Equity, SAG-AFTRA, The Actors Center, and a lifetime member of The Actors Studio. @christinebrunonyc
