Jo Mei

Jo stars in and co-wrote the award-winning film A Picture of You currently streaming on Amazon, Kanopy and iTunes. Other film credits include Who We Are Now, A Bread Factory: Part I, Adult World, The Grief of Other, Revenge of the Green Dragons. Jo’s theater credits include Babette’s Feast (Off-Broadway, Portland Stage), Fingersmith (ART), World of Extreme Happiness (Manhattan Theatre Club), King of Hell’s Palace (Goodman Theatre), and You For Me For You (Woolly Mammoth Theater). Jo has developed new works at The Public Theater, Center Theatre Group, New York Theatre Workshop, Ars Nova, Ma-Yi Theater Company, and Ensemble Studio Theatre. TV credits include Crashing (HBO), Nicki (Freeform), Bones (Fox) and The Good Wife (CBS). Jo is a graduate of Wellesley College and The Juilliard School’s Drama Division.
