Joseph Kibler is a born disabled and HIV positive Actor/Writer. After spending thirteen years working in Los Angeles, Joseph returned home to New York, where he lives with his wife, Carey, and four fur children. While in LA, Joseph got his degree in Film from the Los Angeles Film School and trained with the Upright Citizens Brigade as both an improviser and sketch writer. He has appeared on shows such as "Chicago Med," "Good Trouble," "Criminal Minds" and "CSI Cyber" along with several National commercials for Wells Fargo, National Association of Realtors, Cox Cable, Toyota and United Healthcare.

Joseph has also produced and was the subject of an Award Winning Documentary called "Walk On," which won Best Documentary at both Burbank International Film Festival and Timecode: NOLA. Walk On follows Joseph's life, being told he would never live beyond the age of four and if he did, he would never walk. He went from a wheelchair to a cane in over 18 years and when he was 21, he achieved his goal of walking 6.2 miles in the LA AIDS Walk. Joseph is excited to open this next chapter in his life now that he is back in NY and is so grateful to be accepted into The Actor’s Center, where he can fine tune his craft surrounded by a talented and welcoming network of individuals.
