Sepideh Moafi

Multi-hyphenate artist, humanitarian & activist Sepideh Moafi currently stars in the Emmy & Golden Globe nominated Apple TV+ miniseries Blackbird and Class of ’09 on FX/Hulu.

Upcoming: Scavengers Reign on HBO Max and the film I’ll Be Right There. Some past shows include The L Word: Generation Q (Showtime), The Deuce (HBO Max), and The Killing of Two Lovers (Neon).

Her work spans critically acclaimed film and television, original off-Broadway musicals, plays, and operas in leading theaters around the world, including The David Geffen Hall—NY Philharmonic, Davis Symphony Hall & The John F. Kennedy Center.

She is an ambassador to the International Rescue Committee (IRC) and serves on advisory boards for Talent Beyond Boundaries and Eat OffBeat. Sepideh works closely with various human rights groups, as well as organizations that provide humanitarian aid, legal counsel, and opportunities for displaced and marginalized people.
