Based on the work of Ilse Middendorf and Jeffrey Crockett, the goal of this practice is self-calibration. The actor can sense and notice what’s going on in their system in real time, assess where they would like to be in the next moment, and curate a series of exercises to take them there. The first day will be an introduction to some key principles and exercises and the second will be putting them together into different 'recipes' for different contexts.
