Celia was awarded the NYCLU Michael Friedman Freedom award for her commitment to pursuing social justice in both her life and career. She founded Broadway for Obama in 2012 and Broadway Feeds Bellevue in 2020 and is a dedicated union member of Actor's Equity Association and SAG/AFTRA. Celia graduated from the University of Michigan and is currently training to be an end-of-life doula.
