Ka-Ling Cheung

Ka-Ling Cheung

Ka-Ling is a NY-based actor, coach, and acting professor.  She teaches at NYU Tisch Dance/Open Arts, The New School, Columbia University, and Tepper Semester.  She has taught at New York Conservatory of Dramatic Arts and SUNY Purchase.  Her acting credits include the Broadway tour of War Horse and the National Tour of The King and I.  Regional credits include: American Conservatory Theater, American Repertory Theater, The Rep at St. Louis, Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park, Long Wharf Theatre, San Jose Rep, Portland Center Stage, Pittsburgh Public, Shakespeare Theatre of New Jersey, Artists Repertory Theatre, Weston Stage, Berkshire Playwrights Lab and others.  She was also in the world premiere of Wild Swans at the Young Vic in London. TV credits include: Uncoupled, East New York, Shelter, The Other Two, Law & Order: SVU, Blue Bloods, Limitless, Elementary, Chang and Dunk and Broad City. She received her MFA from the American Conservatory Theater. She was a proud recipient of the Lloyd Richards Teaching Fellowship through the National Alliance of Acting Teachers and was a Juilliard Drama Division Teaching Fellow. Â
