Tala Ashe

Tala Ashe is an Iranian-American actress who received a Tony nomination for her performance in Broadway’s ENGLISH, Sanaz Toosi’s Pulitzer Prize winning play. For five years, Tala was a series regular on DC'S Legends of Tomorrow playing the first Muslim-American superhero on television. Her other TV work includes major arcs on the Girls on the Bus for HBO Max, on SMASH and America Odyssey (NBC), as well as many guest star roles including Adults, 30 Rock, and Law & Order. Tala has also worked at numerous off-Broadway and regional theaters including: The Atlantic Theater, The Public Theater, Roundabout Playwrights Horizons, LCT3, Playco, Clubbed Thumb, The Old Globe and OSF. She has a BFA from Boston University with training from LAMDA.
